Shipping & Delivery PolicyOnce your order is confirmed, our warehouse team prepares your order and conducts a final quality check before packing it securely and handing it over to our trusted delivery partner. We ship across India. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order 24 hours after dispatch. We take pride in our packaging and use bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, or courier bags to ensure your products reach you safely. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹399, while orders above ₹399 qualify for free shipping. Currently, we deliver only within India and plan to introduce international shipping in the future. If our delivery partner is unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they may contact you to resolve the issue.
