Cancellation 

A customer can cancel an order while the order is in processing status. If your order is dispatched from your facility, we can not cancel. There may be certain orders that Million Colors cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially, or if any additional information is required to ship your order.

Refunds for cancellation

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Million Colors cancels the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In the case of a Cash-on-Delivery order, an NEFT transfer will be attempted. 

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
